Dotted Wipes

The JAS Pure Dot 100% polyester wipe is a highly efficient cleanroom wipe designed for use in critical environments, including both microbiologically controlled and particle-controlled areas. Manufactured from continuous filament knitted polyester, the wipe is ultrasonically cut, ensuring sealed edges that minimize fibre release.

Following cutting, the wipes undergo professional laundering, cleaning, and packaging within a cleanroom environment. Although produced from 100% polyester, the double-layer knitted construction provides excellent absorbency. Liquids are not only efficiently absorbed but also evenly released onto surfaces when required, making the JAS Pure Dot particularly well suited for pharmaceutical applications.

The durable knitted polyester fabric performs reliably on rough or sharp-edged surfaces where non-woven wipes may fail. Post-cleaning in a cleanroom laundry results in very low levels of ionic and metallic contamination.

The JAS Pure 100% wipes are available in sterile form. Sterilization is performed using gamma irradiation, and the wipes are conveniently packaged in easy-tear bags containing 100 wipes per pack.
